At Athabasca University’s (AU) Faculty of Business, we make it possible for you to earn your business degree and participate in our business programs online, regardless of where you live or work, and even if you have career and family commitments. By removing barriers of time and space—even past educational experience—we offer flexible opportunities to learn. You can start our online business courses in any month of the year and proceed at your own pace over a six-month period. AU offers full library service, regardless of where you live, and individualized administrative and academic assistance is available through toll-free telephone access (Canada/US), email, or online contact form (see ‘Speak with an Advisor’ button under Next Steps below).
We’re updating our Bachelor of Management (BMgmt) and Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) programs to be better aligned. New program plans for any new student or student looking to change their program are available here. These plans come into effect January 1, 2019.
Students who are already in the BMgmt or BComm programs will still follow the regulations that are in effect from when they were accepted into the program.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to a program advisor for assistance.
