Athabasca University will close at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2020 and will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2021. Student queries that are received during the holiday break will be given top priority on Jan 4th and full phone service will resume on January 5th.

Direct entry into degree programs

You can enter an AU business degree program in your first year, instead of having to complete one or two years of study first, as some universities require. Do you have significant management experience already? You may be eligible to apply to the AU online Online MBA for executives program.

Monthly start dates

Undergraduate program admission and online course registration is offered year-round. Once admitted you can register for online courses immediately and be on your way to achieving your educational goals. Register for an online course by the 10th of the month, and you can start as early as the first day of the next month.
