System upgrade – outage notice

Outage notice affecting UNDERGRADUATE students:

Students in Faculty of Business will be unable to submit, track, or receive responses to Service Requests using the “Make A Request” button (via the Student Support Centre Web Form) from January 20 at 4:30 pm – January 24 at 8:30 am. Please also note that the Online Examination Request form will also be unavailable during this time. Please visit these forms again on January 24th to submit your request.

During this upgrade the Student Support Centre will be closed on Sunday, January 22 and we will re-open with limited services on Monday, January 23. We will be fully operational on Tuesday, January 24th, and any messages you may have left will be answered in the order they we received. Please do not leave multiple messages.

Messages for Academic Experts will not be received by them until after the upgrade on Tuesday January 24, we apologize for the delay, but hope that improvements to the system will be beneficial to you in the future. If you have an urgent request please call the Faculty of Business Student Support Centre on Monday, January 23 at 1-800-468-6531 and we will do our best to assist you.

Students in Faculty of Business Graduate Programs will be unable to log into the Graduate Student Online Payment System from January 20 at 4:30 pm – January 24 at 8:30 am. Please visit this site again on January 24 to submit your payment.
