Jeff Pittaway, PhD, MBA ’07, has a new role at UCL School of Management, where he is teaching innovation and entrepreneurship with a focus on digital economy. He represents UCL on the SAP University Alliance, where he is creating new teaching programs in digital transformation for managers and entrepreneurs. Jeff also is researching digital platform ecosystems as part of Imperial College Business School.

Daniel Dufour, MBA ’12, recently joined Saputo Inc. as the Vice President, Continuous Improvement. In his new role, he will develop the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy and lead the implementation within Saputo Dairy Products Canada. Daniel will work to create a CI culture and lead the change management required to create exceptional employee engagement.

Terry Downton, MBA ’97, has recently been appointed Superintendent of Stoney Education Authority. This appointment comes after completing one year as Professor of Business Administration at Okanagan College. Terry has been a leader in education in BC for over 20 years, including 5 years as President of BC Business Education Teacher’s Association.

Larry Mitchell, MBA ’14, has recently accepted appointment as a full-time Professor in the Supply Chain Management Post Graduate Program at Humber College in Toronto, Ontario. He previously worked for United Van Lines (Canada) Ltd. as their Director of Government Services and Corporate Accounts prior to accepting his new position. Larry is currently working towards his Doctorate in Education in Distance Education with AU.

Preston Parsons, J.D., BComm’ 07, is a lawyer with Overholt Law practicing labour, employment and human rights law. Additionally, as of September 1, 2017, Preston has taken over as Chair of the National Young Lawyers Section of the Canadian Bar Association. They represent and advocate for the interests of lawyers across Canada who are within their first 10 years of practice (or under age 40).

Reeza Bridglalsingh, BMgmt Student, has worked for BMO Bank of Montreal since 2010 and is currently a Cash Management Specialist for the Business Banking Division. In this role, Reeza is responsible for sales analytics and reporting of current and new business development, processing of cash management transactions (EFT & Wires), and implementation of business technology platforms. He also manages a portfolio of small business to mid-market clients as well as a portfolio of BMO branches across the Greater Toronto Area.
