AU acknowledges your financial management background by providing transfer credit in course areas related to professional accounting. Further, if you completed an undergraduate degree in business within the past 10 years, you could qualify for our accelerated online MBA for executives admission route, further reducing your program completion time.

Depending on your undergraduate studies, you may qualify for either the standard entry route or the accelerated entry route to the online MBA for executives

AU provides the opportunity to enter the online MBA for executives with transfer credit and associated program tuition reduction to holders of the following designations:

  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Certified General Accountant (CGA)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)


  • one of the accounting designations above,
  • non-business undergraduate degree, and
  • at least three years of managerial experience.


  • one of the accounting designations above and
  • at least five years of managerial experience


  • one of the accounting designations above,
  • an undergraduate degree in business, completed within the past 10 years* with an overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, and
  • at least three years of managerial experience.
