Dr. Karen Somerville is an educator, executive coach, advisor, researcher, management consultant, entrepreneur, public speaker and accountant.
Karen has taught at various universities in Canada and the United States. These include Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, Hamline University, the University of St. Thomas and Royal Roads University. Her research has been published in a number of peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Change Management, Public Admin Quarterly, and the International Journal of Knowledge, Culture and Change Management. Karen’s current research interests include organizational change and work-life balance.
With more than 25 years of experience in senior management, Karen is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in all three sectors (private, public and non-profit). As a management consultant, she has worked with very diverse clients from The World Bank to high technology companies.
