Lowell M. Glenn, PhD

Prior to his joining Utah Valley University on a full-time basis, Dr. Glenn taught for a number of years as an adjunct in various business school environments.  In addition to economics and business management courses, he taught computer information systems, quality management and process analysis.   During that period he also worked and consulted in local government planning agencies primarily in the planning and administration of human resource development programs.   He also founded and operated several private businesses which provided human resource development functions, financial and management consulting to small businesses and individuals, and personal financial planning services.
